It is beneficial to include foods containing vitamins A, B, C, D and E, protein, zine, biotin, iron and essential fatty acids into your diet.
- Your other relatives are balding
There are a ton of stories with respect to male hair loss and family. A few people say that it originates from your dad, others state that it comes from the men on your mom’s side of the family. While we may not know precisely who you get it from, it is hereditary – somebody is passing it down!
